Our lawyers will need to pass on to you any out-of-pocket expenses they incur in processing your loan. These include title searches, bank cheque fees, the cost of getting an agent to attend settlement, etc. These expenses typically add up to $115-$300 depending on the number of securities, bank cheques, settlement location, etc
