If you hold an Australian Credit Licence or an Australian Financial Services Licence, and you are seeking a reference about a current or former employee / credit representative of LJ Hooker Home Loans in accordance with the requirements of the ASIC Reference Checking and Information Sharing Protocol, please email a copy of your signed Reference Consent Form to referencecheck@ljhookerhomeloans.com.au.

The LJ Hooker Home Loans Compliance Team will endeavour to provide a reference to you within 10 business days from receipt of your signed Reference Consent Form.

Should it not be possible to provide a reference within 10 business days, we will contact you to advise the reasons as to why and endeavour to provide the reference to you within an alternative agreed time frame.
