1. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between LJ Hooker Corporation Limited, ABN: 59003890444 trading as LJ Hooker Corporation Limited, and the Client.
2. LJ Hooker Corporation Limited, does not accept any responsibility for the security or the safety of the personal and corporate belongings of the Client and those who attend the event with the Client.
3. All cancellations must be submitted in written form to marketing@ljhookerhomeloans.com.au. Refunds will be issued for cancellations up until 12th July. Should a cancellation occur after this date the ticket cost will not be refunded.
4. If the event is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled LJ Hooker Home Loans Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation.
5. While LJ Hooker Home Loans Pty Ltd will do its best to ensure a safe environment, safety issues are generally beyond our control and accordingly the Client indemnifies LJ Hooker Home Loans Pty Ltd, its directors, officer, employees and agents against liability for or in respect of any claims, demands, actions, suits or proceedings, costs, expenses, loss, damage, personal injury or death of any person arising out of in connection with the event, the services provided by LJ Hooker Home Loans Pty Ltd, the use of the facility offered by LJ Hooker Home Loans Pty Ltd to the client or any act or omission of the Client, or any of their guests, invitees, employees, contractors or agents.
6. By signing these terms and conditions, the Client agrees to and will abide by all terms and conditions and the Conditions of Entry applicable to the premises where the event is being held.
7. Furthermore, the Client shall be fully responsible for its own conduct and for the conduct of those who attend the event with the Client and for any damages or loss caused by such conduct.
8. The Client shall abide by any other terms, conditions or requirements imposed by LJ Hooker Home Loans Pty Ltd from time to time in order to ensure the Client’s enjoyment and the smooth and safe conduct of the event.
9. Video and photographic content will be captured at this event and be used for promotional purposes. The client understands that they may be captured in such materials and consent for their image to be used in the final production. If you are unwilling for your image to be shared in promotional content, please contact marketing@ljhookerhomeloans.com.au for arrangements to be made.
10. By completing this form, the client is accepting that their details may be distributed to our LJ Hooker Home Loans Pty Ltd partners.
11. Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend corporate events organised by LJ Hooker Home Loans Pty Ltd. This restriction applies to all events, including but not limited to conferences, seminars, trade shows, and networking events.
