Erica Voelkel

Erica Voelkel is the principal of LJ Hooker Home Loans Gosford | Lake Macquarie. With a passionate focus on ensuring our younger generation be educated in finance after seeing so many young adults already facing dire financial hardship and little understanding of how they can fix it, Erica is driven to ensure our youth prepare a foundation for a secure, independent, wealthy future, and ensure they use money as a tool and not a shackle.

Erica has co-written #MONEYPLAN – How millennials can avoid financial stuff ups: with her daughter Haizl and co-written DON’T GET REJECTED – The benefit of using a finance broker: due for release January 2025 with business partner Denis. Erica was also an award finalist in Rising Star – Advisor Finance Awards 2018 for her work with youth in debt.

Erica holds a Diploma in Mortgage and Finance Broking (Management), is a member of the MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia) and AFCA (Australian Financial Complaints Authority) and has a driving philosophy in doing business for good supporting several local and global charitable organisations making a difference in the lives of at risk women and children.
