Niaz Cannoth is the Principal of LJ Hooker Home Loans Hills District NSW. With strong experience in the fields of residential, commercial, and business finance, you can feel confident that the right financial guidance will be offered to you.

In his spare time (which is limited!) Niaz loves playing cricket, coaching kids cricket, and is passionately involved in community engagements.

Currently he is the President of KMCC Australia (World’s Largest Expatriate Organization) which is involved in worldwide charity and philanthropical activities. Niaz is also president of Malabar United Sports Club.

Mike is the Business Development Manager with LJ Hooker Home Loans NSW Hills District. With over ten years of experience in the industry, and a Degree in Commerce, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

Mike’s primary aim is to connect our sales team with customers to provide guidance and finance solutions, all whilst ensuring customers are receiving the highest quality of service when achieving the best possible outcome for their dream home or investment property.

He is also a strong player in local cricket teams and is committed to his community. He is always involved with directing sponsorship events for brands and sporting events.

Jasbir Singh is the Loan Admin Officer at LJ Hooker Home Loans, Hills Districts. With years of experience in the finance industry, Jasbir has extensive knowledge of loan processing and provides exceptional customer service to all clients. He is responsible for processing loan applications, ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate, and following up with clients to keep them informed throughout the process. He is a dedicated professional who strives to make the loan process as smooth and stress-free as possible for the clients.

Jasbir is a full member of industry groups AFCA and FBAA. He also holds a Certificate 4 Diploma in Finance Broking so you can feel secure you’re in good hands.

Being a Hills District local Jasbir is passionate about helping locals and being part of the local community. Available in person, online, or via phone, Jasbir has also helped many people all over Australia with their financial needs.
